Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to dispatch all orders by the next working day. If there is any delay, we’ll inform you promptly.
Once shipped, you'll receive delivery details via Email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

All orders are shipped from Jaipur via our logistics partners  Shiprocket/ Delhivery. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on location and courier conditions:

• Delhi: 2–3 business days

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may change due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD Fee: ₹50 extra will be charged for all COD orders.

• Free Shipping is available for prepaid online orders.

• If a COD order is canceled or refused, further COD orders will not be accepted from that customer.
