We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share a clear unboxing video via mail at support@dollsoul.in.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement promptly.
For exchanges due to personal preferences (e.g. size, color, style):
Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.
Customers will bear both-way shipping charges for such exchanges.
All return/exchange requests are handled case-by-case to ensure fairness and policy adherence. Our goal is to resolve concerns while maintaining product quality standards.
Reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Provide an unboxing video for damaged/incorrect products.
Return the item in its original packaging (if required).
Once verified, we’ll process your exchange, subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds at this time. However, eligible orders can be exchanged as per the guidelines above.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is still possible, but one-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
